Clones in general
Im new to growing my frist time cloning just wondering why some of my clones only have 1 or 3 leaves on them instead of the normal 5 or more took clones 3 weeks into flower thanks.

Its because you where 3/weeks into flower.
Clones should be taken in veg. Put them in the dark for 24 hours, this will allow the plants to reset. Then give at least 20 hours of light, feed some veg food An they should start to grow properly.

yeah, they start off with little 1 leafers and then develop from there; it's perfectly normal !;

Is that 24h of dark is realy needed? Also why to keep them leter in 20h of light why not 18h?

The deformed leaf look is pretty standard when taking cutts in bloom but it usually grows out as the plant grows and reverts back to full vegging. Your survival rate taking them in flower will be less than if taken in veg, but the ones that do come through, well you may have just done yourself a favour, look up monstercropping
