My one time experience w/ Yumbolt was that it really doesn't stretch much at all, only adding ~50% in height iirc. I vegged longer than anything else I've grown & still had adequate headroom.

I bought a 5 pack of fems in 2013. Yumboldt is one of those that I remember fondly. I loved the stuff. Didn’t find much similarity in the '13 version to the regs I grew out in ’03. I mean specifically in terms of effect, smell and taste. I did however love the structure of this one from ’13. This girl was topped. That’s it. No trimming of lower branches. Just topped and let her do her thing.

Doesn't appear to be anyone in the sagarmatha forum but but I'm assuming people are still growing yumboldt. My experience is that there are many phenos, from short round shrubs that look pure indica to tall lanky columnar sativa expressions. They all seem to be quiet sweet with the sativa being fruity

Bought 30 Seeds, no one germed.
From another pack i get 4 females, all of them looks very Sativa, long stretch, long flowering time, big buds with almoust no resin. Totally opposite in comparison to the Yumboldt cut a friend grows 6 years ago. Very dissapointing for 70 Euros a pack... |
