Blue Ghani DWC SCROG

4 x 4 SCROG Single Plant DWC

Old Blue Ghani mother needed some help,,, so I ripped her from her 3 gallon soil ball and put her in DWC... yes you can do this if anyone was wondering. just cut off about 80% of the root mass rinse off as much soil crap from the roots as you can and put her in DWC... No she will not die as long as your DWC is dialed in she will have roots popping out in just a couple days

She in a 5 gal DWC for 3 weeks to recover from the soil transplant then into the 30 gallon tote for 1 week to fill the screen. Screen was 85% full when flowered .. did one more training after 1 week 12/12 then let her grow.. she stretched about 50% more then I wanted above the screen next time will flower at 70% screen full... but its a good full canopy of Blue Ghani tops... my only concern is they will start to fall over soon they are already starting to lean. Gonna be a spider web of ties holding them up soon I think. Oh well

Day 30 12/12.. more then filled the 4 x 4 screen,, removed quite a bit of growth during early flowering far to crowded.
I cant get all the tops to fit in one pic... that's about 2/3 of them.

Gonna do a bit of defoliation soon... she only has 25 Days left max.

Actually she is doing very well... comes down soon.. will update. What I can tell you is that I needed to change the bulb in there and forgot.. so the buds arn't as big as they can be but never the less she still did well. Run Ushio RED bulbs for big buds,, just my 2cents. This bulb isnt Ushio, it was a cheap replacement during the middle of a run and forgot about it. Stupid... getting replaced asap.

After some research Ive switch to Sun Master will see how things turn out... just by looking at the SM bulb now I can already tell she is burning much brighter then any other bulbs I have used.

So heres hoping for some great new results!

Any photos of the scrog canopy at different stages that you can share? Looks like it finished great, how did the trichs look? You took it pretty early.
