The Cheesy Rider
High fellas,
Here is my first smoke report for the IC masses : the Cheesy Rider, Mom is the infamous Exodus Cheese (Jah cut), pop is the beasty Biker kush stud. I didn’t grow this sample myself, but handed over some beans to a mate, a few month ago…He popped three and ended up with 3 girls, so cannot complain on germ rates and M/F ratio can I?? The sample were grown in a recirc hydroton system under a 600w HPS. Sorry I don’t have any full plant pics or fresh budshots to show for obvious reasons, so lets get straight to the point!! Smell/aspect: The unmistakable cheese funk that brings a smile to every cheeseheads face is definitely there, you can smell it through the baggy: loud rotting fruits/creamy berry-ish funk n’ soul. But there is something else when the nug is broken…a kind of sweet powdery/nutty backbone that reminds me of some oriental pastries/orange blossom water. Very pleasant smell indeed. Nugs are light green, with pale thick orange hairs.they are rather strawberry-shaped more than the usual spear/foxtails Exodus cheese buds.Trich coverage is good enough, I think the grower could have pushed them an extra week though…they were taken around week 9 IIRC. Density is good, I dunno what nutes schedule my mate gave them, but I’m sure this can be perfected with a lil more dialed in clone run and a good PK boost .time will tell… Taste: (I smoked the Cheesy Rider in pure spliffs.) Well, the awesome smell is transferred 100% in the taste, mostly on exhale, along with that typically lingering mouth coating cheesy goodness.smoke is smooth with a bit of lung expansion.I really loved the taste (I’m not spoiled with Cheese yet, not being in the UK), very more-ish, with that beautiful orange blossom water finish… makes it hard to stay away from the jars. Effects: That herb is strong, not couchlocking or hitting like a sledgehammer , but efficient! My mate who is a sort of potency snob was very pleased with the CR.She hits you really fast, after 2 or 3 tokes your head feels attached to a bunch of balloons, and someone just dropped the handle lol… After a spliff (around 0.5 g for me), you’re still able to function efficiently and have a focused conversation. When you stop focusing, you can feel you’re really stoned, and that stone lasts a good hour and a half! Weirdly, I didn’t have red eyes when I smoked some CR. After a more serious session, the Cheesy Rider gets you really medicated, and having a coherent convo gets a bit more challenging, you’re now cruising in a pleasant state of bliss. Overall impression: Really pleased with that strain, once again, it is what it says on the tin! I’m a taste guy, definitely, and the Cheesy Rider does taste very good.I cannot comment much on the plant and growth patterns, pheno expressions, etc .. but she seems pretty easy to grow, no specific sensitiveness (light or nutes..), and phenos showed very little variation (according to my friend). The only downside according to him is the low/average yield, but I’m sure the clone run(s) with a little dialing in will be totally different. This last point surprises me a bit, because the online grows Ive seen showed some good branching, solid colas and yields, maybe other members can chime in and confirm the above (Tonatiuh, Smokinerb22..). I’ve noticed that the pungeant fruity cheese smell wears off a bit with a cure, so this is IMHO a weed that doesn’t need an extended cure to enjoy the taste at its best…last point should be easy to achieve lol Keeper: yes, definitely, we’ll have this one around for a bit….my mate was impressed (he has been smoking and growing the same Soma Skunk cut for years lol)…plus I cannot wait to see how she performs under the big HPS after a major fuck up in 2012 (2 seeds: one male, the other plant mashed by a bull dozer..). I’ll keep you posted on tht Any question fell free to ask Big Up Karma, awesome work, keep on keepin it real!! Now a bot of porn.... Strawberry shaped nugs, different lightings Peace

Nice report Alpen. Nice lookin dry shots as well. I love me some cheese and have yet to pop any of these babies so I really appreciate the in depth report. Sometimes, people try to sound real smart with their reports instead of breaking things down in a basic manner - reading the same ole thing countless times is boring to me.. I've heard time and again how easy this lady is to grow so I really wanted an in depth flavor/scent/buzz report. Spot on!
Thanks for sharing, nicely done. |

Had a few more batches of that cheesy Rider in the past few month....
She never failed to deliver and just gets better...my only BIG regret is to not have put a few clones out, due to a fuck up from my mates side...next time ill take care of it myself... I have pinpointed the exact smell profile on that gal...classic cheese stank and straight up Honeysuckle (Lily of the Valley but more towards Honeysuckle) with a good cure, thats crazy...smell fully transfered to taste...just beautiful ![]() Now time for pics in the summer sun (sorry, aint a crazy trimmer myself )

Thanks Nickman
![]() Ive just scored a fresh Cheesy Rider batch from my mate, after a week + break, shit sent me straight in orbit for 2 hours ![]() On a sidenote, I'm now pretty sure Ive got a 50/50 pheno. I scored some dank Hells Angels OG in Spain this fall (south Catalonia). Now I dunno how legit was this cut, but you could definitely tell it was one of the Cheesy Rider's ancestors!! Delicious earthy (like a freshly tilled forest soil) and kushy taste, smelled a bit like popcorn when broken.Very potent stuff (more than the CR Id reckon, or at least a more sedative stone). I prefer my CR cut though, she has a more complex smell/taste, just cant get enough of that sweet honeysuckle goodness ...Still a firm favourite of mine

I am also interested in this one, and have been doing some research, all I know at this point is you don't want to do an Internet search of the term 'old dirty biker'. Hell no!!! No man should have to see that shit!...
