lighting and size advice?

hey guys/gals to cut a long story short im looking upping my next grow a touch..

6x3x2m is what im thinking right now with 8 raptors which is 16x600w bulbs is that too many for that size tent? could i run more bulbs without retarding the plants also,

not to sure how many girls to put in here my first idea was 32 in coco dtw , but then i thought of more plants less veg ie: rooting out 6.5l pots to the max then flipping them and multi feed strain would more than likely be barneys farm blue cheese any ideas fire away i love trying new stuff out.

ps what bulbs are considered "best" i usually use mh for veg after a week or 2 under t5 and then osram flowring bulbs.

You've not touched on ventilation very important if you want to run all most 10k watts worth of lighting

I'd be looking at bigger fans than that

I use an 8" and 2 6" with 2000w and I struggle

If money doesn't matter I'd have an opticlimate and go with the full dimlux lights and add ons

That's what I'm doing this year
