Hey, thanks Lady. I am so glad to see this. I want to learn about the soap making too. I have just done simple soap, lotion and cold cream recipes with infused hemp oil to go with my massage oils and liniments but want to work a better custom recipe for myself and family. Hopefully, I will be able to work on it here in a few months as I get my "knitting" done. Meanwhile, I am going to learn here as much as I can.

Out of curiosity does anyone cook with infused oils, beyond the baked sweets.... do you make your own infusions? and what is a good ratio? I really want a cannabis infused soap, more than just hemp seeds and hemp oil....
![]() I have been tinkering with yarn and needles too.... making an overdue christmas present... I have fibro, and some other health issues too, so I work a bit slow with knitting... |

I got one of these lil sweet machines https://magicalbutter.refr.cc/WRCMK5Lto help me keep the dosing of oils, and tinctures as accurate as possible, provided you know the %'s of your buds. Heck I use my medical butter on my English muffins, veggies or anything I'm not going to be heating the butter too much in. Oh and the lovely smell of the coconut oil after infusing the MJ oil into, omg. I'm in SoCal btw Baked |

I am curious about your simple soap.... I just started making lip balms, solid lotions, and body scrubs right at christmas time. I stumbled across soap making by accident on YouTube, and wanted to start right away, but told myself that I would wait till the new year to make soap.... I gathered all of my supplies, and started with my very first batch of cold process soap on the second of January.
