I initially emailed them right in the middle of the holidays.
I have emailed them 2 more times and called and left a message.
Are they still open for business?
I really want to upgrade to the 315 system he is selling.

???

I've never dealt with him, but I do know that it's a one-man shop and if I remember correctly, he has some medical issues. Over the last several years there have been several complaints like yours and then he comes back and motors right along.

OK, cool, I'll try ringing him again on Monday.
Hell, I've been sick as a sick dog the last 2 weeks, maybe he got what I have?
Still waiting on seeds to arrive so it's not critical yet.
Thanks for the reply !

Hey Rives,
The main question I had for him is what is included in the kit for $220?
At first I thought it included the bulb, socket, ballast, and the stepup transformer.
After reading the page a couple more times, I think the price is just for the bulb & ballast and the picture was just to show how to wire it up, not what is included?
Confused...

I just looked at the page, and I'm damned if I can tell.

I had always thought that it was the ballast, the lamp, and the socket (no transformer), but I probably got this from other people's comments. That site has always been an exercise in frustration to try and read - he has lot's of good information, but it seems to be added in bits and pieces and never edited......

Thanks for the reply.
Not the one I wanted to hear, but maybe he got the bug like half the country.
I'll try again next week.
