The town of St.Johns has no Dispensary the town wont let open, So everyone in that town can grow.. by state law
you can grow without a card anyways. read chapter 12 of ARS 36;28

Dispensarys are over rated and most of them sell unflushed and picked a week to early. By your outdoor for 1200 a pound then find it for 250 a zip but its all about compasion haha. Dont understand why they need to charge all that money when they aren't allowed to profit. i highly doubt rent and payroll take up all the funds they make.

Why is it that kids have to pay 500 dollars to play football when there is "non profit" organizations pulling in millions every year? And then they wonder why there is so much shit slung their way.

Grow your own and some extra for other patients. nothing better than smoking and livin for free

non profit is just fancy accounting. have 100,000 left in the coffers at fiscal year end? turns out the shop needs a retrofit (from a friend in construction) all too willing to kick back.

@ sd-YES!!!!!!!!! I know it's the Mormon compound. So is Springerville and Eager. Still, a pretty area. Geeze!!!
And, ability to grow (according to the statutes you listed), come one, come all since there is no dispensary 25 mi. from St. Johns.
