The progress is, as i posted in your thread golli, testing and evaluating a good snail/slug prevention tactic. Thats the goal for this year..Since i started trying to do some advanced pollen chucking 2014, i have lost thousands and thousands of seedlings to slugs.

So, i got totally fed up with it and decided to dedicate this season to co e up with a good defence line against them so that i can continue to try breeding GG style in Scandinavia 2018.

I will still try to make some good hybrids this year, out of many different wilds i have on hand since earlier sesons sent to me by Esben, some strains from a guy in belgium and so on, strains that are good and interesting, but main goal this year is to create something that works when it comes to snails.

Esben, if you read this, im emailing you later bout last year, having some trouble getting into my special email, too good password hehe..

Last year i only harvested 2 non af females, a RD half runt and a Leb27 female pollinated by 3 identical Monk males, but potency was so low on that Leb that it is a line ill only try out a few of this year. to see if it is improved, otherwise it goes to the back of the seed stash (which btw will be completely empty after this season.

Only real goal i have this year is to reproduce atleast one of ODH's pre 2016 IBL af's, which i do have on hand, all of them 20 something strains ODH bred up until 2016.
For AF's they are truly superior. Just finishing some of them indoor at a friends, and if it werent for their smaller statue no one would think they were AF, they got everything a good strain should have, and thats why i will reproduce atleast one this year but hopefully 2.

I thinl i am the only one in the world who has ODHs complete pre2016 lineup, and as such i need to keep them alive.

Thats whats up this year

Hello Sibelli and the rest of you good stuff!
How did your season go Sibelli, find any special plants?

Im new to this site so trying to get my post count up so I can PM people haha.

Im also from sweden at lat 56. I have only been growing gear from unleash da green before. Charger is the only plant I have saved seeds from (6 years now). but no controlled breeding, just a few seeds here and there. Its a photo plant but also has autoflowering traits though most plants of my seeds is non auto finishing mid september-mid october. Piney perfumey smell and decent yield but every year later because of lack of breeding for early flowering.

But next year is different, I will basically live in the bush (starting this week) and dedicate most of my time to growing. I will use two old spots again and create some new ones.
I have two fields with newly planted pine trees I want to put autos in, they will be roughly the same size and shape as the pine trees. Im thinking of starting inside in small smartpots and then transplant in the ground beginning of may. (a bit risky with frost but its a hill location)

and I also want to try as many new strains as I can. leb27 is on top of that list actually. I love the structure and possibility of great yields and super mold resistance. I want to make a Charger x Leb27 cross, I think that would be a good one. Charger, Maverick and Brickland (especially brickland) are also very tough strains that grows well in cold weather. the CHarger grew outside in May through frosts this year when other strains just got obliterated.

I also have lots of golli seeds. but things didnt go well for him last year though =( I havent spoke to him because of my own safety but now season is over so I can find him. If you read this Golli, Im sorry I havent got in touch but you will hear from me soon buddy!!!
Its sad but he will get back on track and Im aiming to help him by at least showing some example of his new strains to the world. im thinking expecially of his Haze x Maverick crosses. But also very early semi-auto Iranian Autoflower x Sour Wonder Skunk is one I will be looking closely at.
And the Maverick line is already perfect very uniform and early. Sweet and skunky smells with some more sativa floral smells also.

And I also have a local strain from my area even though its only been bred by one oldtimer for 30 years, he says he got the seeds in india. He grows them on his porch every year. Lots of variation in the seeds, small, big, light dark.. I dont think I will find something super potent or super early but that is not everything for me. I want good taste and pot that makes me feel happy. That is why I think old strains like this and the lebanese is very interesting as the high is usually more a mellow happy tranquil feeling!?

and MJgrower, beautiful pictures makes my mouth water, keep it up!!
