I ordered six seeds of the cookies kush and got one keeper pheno which I'm growing out now and planning on crossing it with my blueberry cheese from female seeds. Never had any germination issues I did however have problems with Cali Connections Headband 818 never again.

Got three LSD from one vendor. None of them popped. Got an original breeder pack of five (LSD again) from another vendor. Only two popped. Really wanted to try this strain, hence the second chance.

I don’t buy into the claim that it’s due to any fault of mine. Other selections from other breeders were popped at the same time without issue.

No more rolling the dice on Barney’s for me. Twice bitten...

I'm the same way. I have had poor success with 4 or 5 cultivars bought over two occasions a couple of years ago from H. some of it is probably me though but i've had really bad germ rates and a couple of full on males from a pack of feminized critical kush...? what is that? could be me but other freebies bought the same time sprouted with no problems. I'll avoid them in the future.

all fem seeds have an ability to herm, its well documented online.

whos to say certain seed stockist have the seeds for months and stored incorrectly so when we get them there no use. there is allot of other things in play rather then its the breeders fault.

my barneys cookie kush was dreadful full on herms. take it on the chin shut up and go again

0 germinated in my pack of BF cookies kush. This was my first germ since moving to the country with well, so until I can get it tested, I'll be using RO. First go with Barney's, so no determination..

He said full on male, nothing about hermies.
I always expect at least one hermie from a pack of seeds.

Lsd struggled for me.

whelp, it was a pretty reasonably worded post dude, i was rather cool about it if you ask me and I am.

you may have read over the part about other seeds germinating fine from the same supplier. Doesn't mean said seller isn't responsible for improper storage etc... totally possible and it could be the sellers were sent improperly stored stock by breeder or intermediary... who knows. doesn't matter.

my other seeds were germinating in the same conditions, i waited several weeks on the barneys i didn't just give up on them. Dont care, doesn't matter.

when people grow feminized sees they tend to expect to get females, they sow them, veg them, then flower them without ever having to stop and sex them. That's the benefit to many of us for whatever reason. So they get 3+ months into a plant that turns out to be full on male, not hermie, male, and then it happens on the next you sow, germinate, veg and send into flower... kinda disappointing and quite costly in terms of time. doesn't matter

i'll avoid Barneys forevermore, because if i continue to patronize them I really do not expect a different outcome from this particular breeder.

and as they say about repeating the same thing and expecting a different outcome... wait for it, wait for it ....... ah yeah you already know what I'm saying.

Their production is probably largely outsourced to small time growers with great variability from one to antoher. doesn't matter

I'll pass but anyone else is free to do as they please afaic
