zamalXnevilles pics and questions
Hi --
these plants have been flowering for just about 8 weeks. Under the microscope they show opaque trichs. They don't look "done" but I have no idea when they are supposed to look like when they are ready. Can anyone give me an idea of when to pull them? Thanks.

Taitanic, you've got something very very unique there. Think it needs another 7 weeks at least. which is a total of 15 weeks...really worth to wait that long for such a unique herb

I have 4 plants that more or less look just like this one. Maybe one that is even more behind than this one. Will they bulk up any? I am obviously not concerned with yeild or I would not of grown this strain, just need a more clear "sign" of when they are ready. If they have opaque trichs now, will they turn amber in seven weeks or stay opaque? I just don't want to mess up its "sativa" high.

Hey -- sorry it took me so long to reply, haven't been on the internet as of late. I ended up cutting these bad girls down in 12 weeks! But it was sure worth it. I got about an ounce to an ounce and a half off of each plant. The high is very progressive and very very unique. The taste was slightly of licorce, maybe an undertone of cinnamin. The smell -- very hazey and rich. The high itself is very rich -- you are high in the way that you are only cerberally aware that you are high. Your body and spiritual state are flying and you only know it if you concentrate on it. In other words, this is not the kind of high whree you constantly talk or think about the idea that you are high. YOu are inside the high with this, you are the high. sweet, huh?
I wouldn't say it was easy to grow. It probably needs to be transplanted into very large buckets becuase of the long grow time. Mine were obviously getting rootbound near the end, and were very ready to come down when they did come down. They need ot be very well watered becuase of their sativa root structure. Nutes need to be light. Tricky to tell when to harvest.
