I was looking at some strain maps yesterday and my mind began to wander.

My eyes kept fixating on this one box that was labelled "SWEET TOOTH" & I began wondering...

Is Grapefruit x Blueberry the same as original F1 Sweet Tooth?

I looked at Chims "comprehensive list" (which needs updated again) & saw that the Grapefruit used was in fact Breeder Steves SPG so am wondering now...

Did Chim & Steve use the same BB130 dad to make the cross?
Or was it another BB dad used?

The Blueberry fathers are completely different.

There's some great info in this part of the forum regarding the original sweettooth. Have a dig.. If I get some time I might even see if I can find some of it.

In the later versions of sweettooth, steve repeatedly backcrossed to the SPG trying to move away from the BB. This GF x BB is the same mother but different father line (to my knowledge).

From what I remember GF x BB is SweetTooth 1.1 it was the SPG clone x to an open pollination of a couple of the BB males DJ Short was working with including the famous B130 male he was using that was lost.
