Warning to drivers!
Here's a warning for you UK drivers ( legal ones that is ).
About 4 weeks ago my mate was stopped as he had his phone in his hand. Upon inspection of the phone it was clear it was not in use so the cops couldn't do him for that. But of course upon opening his door they could smell the weed he had just picked up. About 7 grams. He had not smoked in the car. The stop was at around 9pm. The officer asked if he had consumed any before driving. He stated he had at about 7 in the morning when he had his last joint hence why he had some on him in the car as he he ran out. The officer accepted this as fine and took the weed and gave him a street caution. Luckily the previous stop a few months before the copper just nicked the weed and drove off. So he thought that was it until this morning when he got a letter from the DVLA. The letter stated that as of today's date his license has been revoked for 6 months and can only be reapplied for if he passes a blood and hair folical test to prove he is illegal toxicant free and has been for the last 6 months. And that he will be subject to random tests for upto 18 months after. He is currently trying to fight this with his solicitor as he needs his car for work. And it seems the dVLA may just allow him his license back as there was no field sobriety test undertaken. But that he will still be subject to random drug testing for the next 18 months and if it comes back positive then he looses his license for 6 months. I have never heard of this action before. Yes, if you get stopped and charged for a DUI offence and refuse to give a sample then this is what you get, but on just carrying some herb! The dVLA letter states that when you sign your license you agree to NEVER drive whilst under the influence or whilst carrying illegal substances. |

I had a car crash recently, Not my fault, the 3rd party signals were not working, we were given a routine breath test, both drivers both passed all clear but they wanted blood samples, they were asking the driver of the car if he would consent, they pressured the paramedics into supplying them with a sample.
I told them to Fuck off!! I don't like the sound of a 6 month ban or random hair folical tests. How do they possibly think that testing positive for weed in the last 6 months justifies a ban?? Perhaps they are hoping for the presence of opiate and or cocaine Herb?

that is fucked up beyond belief - couple that with the roadside drug tests they gonna be doing a whole lot more of now, thats gonna be a lotta people off the road.
Fits in with Agenda21 objectives perfectly. But fuck that shit I'd leave the country. Fucking Big Brother bullshit. Just never admit anything to a pig |

saying that, just as bad is the new law where the kunts can take ya phone and access all ya records if they stop you driving.
How many times do ya think the lying bastards'll say they seen u holdin a phone just so they can extract all the data from it and see ya whole life, who ya speak to, when, about what, all ya photos, internet use etc? thats why im a ten pound throwaway man, changed regular but i sure as fuck drive the speed limit these days, there's too much risk of the filth gettin in ya life over petty shit these days, fucking dangerous out there |
