Thats why I love the toasters. They bridge the gap between second and third wave ska.

lots of early Jamaican ska can be found on Trojan Records samplers

i can highly recommend 'the Trojan Story', Trojan's 'Ganja Reggae Box Set' and 'the best of Desmond Dekker'

i love bands with a horn section to get the feet moving
