Top-of-the-line ROOR vs. Volcano - OG/ Cannabisworld Refugees - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

I have $600 dollars to spend on a smoking device. I am going to get either a Volcano or a top of the line roor, 7mm thick, diffuser, ice notches, ashcatcher, the works...

I am still undecided though. I want a Volcano badly but at the same time I want a ROOR.

Can you guys help me make up my mind by telling me about the pros/cons to both of these options?

I would get a volcano over any bong man, bongs are dime a dozen. get something different, nice and smoothe

from what I hear, the high from a vape is much different than from taking bong rips... and that they get boring after a while.

I think the high is way better and last a lot longer. You can take rips all day and your lungs wont be sore

I have never hit a Roor so maybe it makes this post pointless but I've hit plenty of bongs, pipes, bubblers, joints, blunts, etc. and nothing compares to a Volcano. My friend has one and it's easily the best way to smoke imho. I will agree that it is a different type of high and for this reason some may not like it as much. It won't pack the punch a blunt will, but the high is way better imo and much more clear headed. Also the Volcano seems way more efficient to me, you get high off less weed. All that and think of the positive health effects. I think if you have the $600 to blow there's no better way to smoke.

I've used a Volcano for the past couple of years because I have to smoke in the house but there's no way I can light up a joint or pipe. This takes care of most of the oder problem and I usually hit a volcano bowl any where from 5 to 7 times before I dump it into my used buds jar then I use that in cooking. I set my Volcano on 7.5 and leave it there. Even after multiple uses you'll still be able to get a buz from your used stuff as long as you start with some potency to begin with.
I just set up a first class filtering system in my room so I can occasionally hit the bong but I still love my volcano.

i have both....

i use the volcano for weed and the roor for hash

they both are great for different purposes

so i say get the volcano first cause its different... then eventually get the roor.

I have the cano and it just sits in my closet...that is not to say I do not vape...You can order the volcano valve set seperatly for about 150$ and then get the steinel model HG 2310 LCD and use them together you can set the temp to 390 and get the good vapor. make sure you run the heat gun on the highest temp for at least 15 min to burn off any residues left from manufacturing. It is better in my opinion because you can go to a higher temp and airspeed than with the cano. good luck!

volcano, for sure. I had a nice roor, lent it to a friend he broke it. Replaced it with a blue dot perc, broke that. I got my volcano and my lungs are thanking me. It really is the shit. Don't be fooled in to buying a roor.
