So......just got an order from the tude' yesterday. ordered Old Grandpa Scratch and a 3 pack from another seed company. The OGS came with a 5 pack of strawbanana crème. The other pack came with free seeds as well. Well.......all I got was the free packs. Got all 3 regular freebies(6 regular seeds), got the strawbanana crème and the free trinity kush beans. But none of the beans that I paid for. Somebody must have been all dabbed out at work that day!!!!lol!!!
So I'm gonna give them a call on Monday and see what happens. I expect them to do nothing. Even if they don't do anyting I still got my money's worth. Even if only 1 seed makes it, I got what I paid for.....ya dig? Just really bummed out because I wanted to plant those old grandpa scratches right away. They better not be sold out before the tude does something, or by the time I get enough money to make an order........or else heads will roll....lol..jk.
Strawbanana crème's are going into coco later today. Fingers crossed I get 4 girls and 1 guy...actually 3 girls and 2 boys would be better. Mixed male f2's. I used to be addicted to buying seeds......now I'm addicted to making them..lol.

I just ordered a pack of the ol' Grandpa Scratch myself (I received my beans though) and the freebies. The tude has fantastic customer service, so don't worry, they'll take care of you.

they fucked up 2 of the 3.. orders.. and my biggest order came FINE.. and with EXTRA FREEBIES.. but it was one of those things like what the fuck.. the 3 strains I actually wanted.. either never came .. or came crushed and destroyed.. and they wouldn't do shit.. they kept saying.. these seeds are for souvenir purposes only.. and giving me excuses as to why they wouldn't do anything about there fuck up.

so I stopped buying seeds all together.. i don't trust anyone to use there address to get seeds sent.. and i don't have a safe address that i can get seed at anymore since me and my partner split.

it seems like there customer service used to be prime.. but with all the custom stops they don't seem to care as much/

I cannot explain how much help I've received and hassle I've sifted through with them. They WILL stand behind EVERY penny spent if you're not an ass to them (not insinuating that anyone was)...

Just email them POLITELY and explain anything bad that might have happened. If you don't pay the guarantee , you might not get replacement orders. You might address the letter to Simona, specifically.

Her customer service is the best, period.

EDIT: I know first hand of one occurrence where they made a mistake "right" with a customer that was on an order over 4 years old. I also know of someone politely asking for a few extra freebies once and receiving TEN fucking Girl Scout Cookies for free. (don't sweat the 'tude.... just expect it to take a while and perhaps multiple attempts to receive your souvenirs)

i had an issue with them once and their customer service not only fixed everything, they sent me more than i had ordered in the first place

be pleasant with their customer service and they'll do their best to make it right

It is true you get more with sugar than shit, but it just rubs me the wrong way that a customer has to jump thru rings to get what they paid for in the first place.

I found them.....about 2 hrs. too late.... Super stealth is all I gotta say. I was looking for them and couldn't find them!!!! Big shout out to Sour Puppy, your my boy blue!!!!!!! Just popped 16 beans 2 hrs. before I found them because I had to pop something...seeing how I made room for seedlings. So tomorrow the grandpa's will go in coco, a day behind the strawbanana crème. Grow cab is gonna be full of karma fire!!!!!! Also popped a couple LeeRoy from Rare Dankness, CC's Purple diesel, The Cornerstone from Gage Green, Cotton Candy Cane from Emerald Triangle, and a Kush N' Cheese from Dinafem. Strength and flavor.....gotta have a few of each..
