I'm just wondering if anyone else has had bad germ rates from the last batch of stardawg released on seedbay?

i germinated my pack about 10 days ago and only 2 ended up growing, two or three split open but stopped just as the cotyledon started coming out and the rest did nothing...i know its not my metod as i germinated a different pack from a different breeder and 9/10 are up and growing.

i still have the seeds in tissue, any ideas on what i should do to try make them germinate successfully?

I had the same issue, cept the ones that split & stalled had mycellium germ on the shell. Popped 2 other packs of a diff source & they germed proper. Still got another pack of jj's... going to do a presoak in physan with those. Peroxide soak will likely do the same. Best idea in general, jic, on any pack fr any source. But mine were from one of the first drops, not recent.

That said, one pheno I got is a total winner...peeps just love it. Worth the pop.

Thanks for that bro i'll give the peroxide thing a go, is it a type of diluted peroxide or something? Hopefully that will work even though they've already been soaked in water.

How many girls did you get your pheno from?

So i just bought some 9% H202 do i soak them straight in the solution?

YES I HAVE A PROBLEM with the germ rate. .... i don't have any. Not f1, f2s, etc. I need some stardawg seeds CAN I get the hook up!

Well in the end neither H202 or Ga3 worked but at least i got two up and growing! Hoping for a good male and female, cant think why the germ rate was so bad...

Had a similar issue with some tre stardawgs, unfortunately mine were older and from another site so I question several variables, one out of seven cracked, I split one of the duds open n it was black inside, still winning cause the one is female n she's looking like a keeper so far
