Tiger Berry... Sopposed Chinese Landrace
I Just started some freebies i got from Hempcon on 420 this year. 4 of them to be exact of a strain called Tiger Berry. The guy told me they named it Tiger Berry because if i remember correctly it was from China i think in a place known for Tigers. The plant the seeds came from smelled like Berrys the guy told me. I got the freebies donating for Ewok seeds so maybe that says something but i don't remember the breeders names. Maybe it was Alien Genetics but i doudt it, i didn't see any sign so yeah. Don't exactly remember. The guy said the Tiger Berry strain was bred in individual strain plots in Norcal for 4 generations of growth after they brought it to america so they should be pretty stable. i was excited to try these freebies and hopefully fulfill a breeding project with them. Im also starting up 3 bagseed Bubba Kush. Currently in veg there are also 2 ACDC cuttings. I plan to mother out one of them and take cuts, and use some for seeds, and probably flowering the other one out in a few weeks. Also i have in veg a interesting Tahoe OG cutting a friend took from a bagseed he grew, and also a 3 week old Kingsbread another Sopposed landrace, and a strain called Jamaican which may very well be a combination of some jamaican landraces also the same age as the Kingsbread. Also started a grapeape from homboldt bred by a veganic grower i started for fun and its now 5 days old and looking good! I am excited for the breeding this round!
I am growing everything in a vegetable, peat, and coco based medium amended with worm castings, plenty of perlite, alfalfa meal, kelp meal, azomite, and granulated humic acids. been tweaking the medium to try new things. I am soon thinking about switching to a soilless medium for my indoor plants, and so i can apply my mother plant nutrient which works great for taking cuttings. This medium has produced me some of the best outdoor buds this season! i will probably end up posting some flower pics here, or in another thread soon as i am midway through harversting the first round of small plants. Heres the 4 TigerBerry and a cutting from a Chem Master cutting i was given as a gift.

It is hard to read without paragraphs, but no worries, not everyone is an asshat like the dude above. Some just feel the need to be a dick.
That said, it will be interesting to see what comes of these supposed chinese seeds! Good luck with your grow and this is a cool place if you can shake off the muppets that show up every now and again. Peace |

I planted the 4 Tigerberry Seeds with no germ on the 28th, and now the first two are visible above the surface. Just helped the shell off the one thats raging a bit more. I knew these seeds looked high quality so i did not bother germing them.
I germinated the Bubbas in water then paper towel for about 2 days and all three looked good to go. I planted those three yesterday so should see some activity with those shortly. The Chem Master joins them in their journey and is looking good as well. Going to give her the first watering since she hit the soil possibly tomorrow. ![]() I have been running only a 14 watt blue/white led panel in this microgrow box with amazing results! I will post the Chem Master moms journey under the leds soon! I know alot of people will not believe a grow could work well with such low wattage but it can!

Day 2 for the bigger Tiger Berry, and day 1 for the smaller one. The other 2 Tiger Berrys are reaching the surface now.

Tiger Berry #1 was the first to surface before all others. I don't remember which order the others are, so right now the order will be as follows.
