New Phone Without Service? Using for Features
I'm in the market for a phone...but for the features like video recording, music, podcasts, etc...mostly, looking to make my own small videos just for fun and a new hobby, thus, I just need a smartphone without a contract, but where I can use all the features without texting or calling.
Is there a way to do this? I'm clueless because I haven't had a phone contract for like 8 years. The iPhones look cool, ther Samsungs, and all the rest..HTC kinda looked cool, too. The only real thing I found was something about a sim card I may need. Thanks in advance for any replies.

unless you need a brand spankin' new phone your best bet might be craigslist for a current model |

stick to a computer if you need to do a good bit of multi-tasking.
