warrent-less compliance checks
Sheriff came out with no warrant to perform a compliance check and cut down our entire crop. We have grown here for the last three years are state 215 compliant, with a few minor total bs county issues. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything we can do or are we just screwed?

shit, he took them all? not just the ones that were over the top? why did you let him in if no warrant? do you have to? did they leave your grow room in working order? how close to harvest were you? fucked up situation, i wonder if the sheriff is just plain jacking you up for the bud?

Yea if they dont have a warrant tell them to suck your dick and bounce while you throw your attorneys card at them and tell them to direct all further inquires to him.

Shasta county, outdoor, part of a co op, attorney information posted plain to se as well as no trespassing signs, had to watch as six months of daily heart and soul hard work was cut at the base of plant and left to shrivel, they took two with them as evidence left the rest for me to clean up and gave me a citation to appear in court

Damn these pigs are out of control. Total bs, I know what it's like, had to cut mine a week before harvest. Oh and never ever cooperate with police, they are not on your side when they come knocking. I know keep cameras for proof if they violate anything, dirty pigs

cops have no rules and then you are stuck trying to prove it...peeps are gonna just start shooting and asking questions later...its what the cops do...sorry brotha...i only had a few ripped and i knew how if felt to be violated...but to watch them jus chop em down...good luck DJXX
