The Taliban has their claws mostly in the opium market these days. Far more profitable than hashish. There still has to be quality hashish being made as it was in the '70s, but I doubt that it's being made in anywhere near the same quantity.

All the best quality is specially made for export, particularly to Amsterdam. Going to a Moroccan hash farm (when you don't know the owners) means spending hours there refusing lower grades, to hopefully get something reasonable! Half the time you end up leaving with nothing as it's too low quality! Last edited by b3fr33; 01-09-2015 at 01:23 PM.. |

About Afghani, the first time I got high back in the day was on some good red seal hash! That and also gold seal. Since then I've had a few good samples in Holland, but that's about it unfortunately.
There's something special about relaxing at night with a nice joint of decent Afghani

All this talk about hash..........is really making me want to smoke some. I save all the scrapings from my scissors and press it in a cheap pollen press I have. It tastes so good. Closest I can get to the real thing. I haven't seen hash on the streets for over 10 yrs......

scissor hash unprocessed = charas..! Celebrate..!!!
Bubble hash is better than the imported concentrates, but the intrinsic flavors of each region's hash is what makes it interesting. Dry sieve is different than processed. Henna and paraffin, as well as manure and other 'shizzle' makes the flavor of imported hashes what they are... Been to AMS and Spain so many times, lost count. Love the hash, but other than RIFMAN's organics, and some of the better Asian hash (nepalese, I cannot replicate, etc)- I'm OK here. I'll stick to my closed-system Triple Diesel hash and charas. |
