Would it be good to grow with Only this miracle grow's Organic soil mix and it only, or should I throw some perlite in with it?

No!

Well, I would not use MG soil or any other product.

But if you must use it-yes add 25-30% perlite.

Whats better that I could pick up at Walmart? I don't have really other store options. I already have the MG soil.

The next time try (Black Gold All Organic) If you can find it in your area. It's killer.

While it might not be the best stuff available, i've used it before with no real ill affect to the plants. I'd probable add some perilite to it as well.

Their organic stuff will be alright...but you're gonna need more nutes. Nest time buy the peatmoss at Walfart, and dilute it about 60/40 with perlite. You can get alsaka fish ferts at my walfart....and that will get you through veg on the cheap.
