Ok, i can do that.

I made S1s of an excellent Agent Orange mother and had a lot of variation in them.

I chose 2 females, 1 was denser and and had a strong orange and baby sick type smell and oily resin, the other one was more airy, but had more sticky resin and a strong orange and lemon smell.

I will see how they grow.

Quick question about your method:

-the original seed plant that you use for sexing, do you go ahead and finish it out? Or do you trash it once it's sexed, and start over with the clones?

I just took a cutting from the mum and reversed the sex with CS, collected the pollen and threw it away, but you can reveg it and then flower it as a female again.

Once the plant reveges it will flower it's original sex.

Gil- It depends.. Lately Ill just top the original seed plant, then take the two tops when they grow out for clones.. and flower the bottom, original seed plant, in a cup.. as soon as it shows sex i toss the males if i dont have a need for them.. this way they dont take up much space at all when sexing..
