Jidoka-Could always put a diy fabric pot around it, cut out what you can and add more soil around it

Nice lookin plant jidoka. BD??
I was thinkin about your pacific gro dosage- 1-2oz per yard. At 2% N, 1 oz would only raise soil N ppm by 0.8. Thats 600 mg N per yard. Are you using it as an N feed at that level or is it more for the cytokinins and electric charge or whatever? I mean if i fed 3-2-2 chicken manure id put down around 5.5 lbs per yard.... And pacific grow is only 2%... So i would need nearly a gallon per yard? Needless to say, i am confused lol Edit: the jug says anywhere from 8 oz per gal (general application dilution rate) to 4 gal per ac (veg garden) to 60 gal per acre (berry orchard).

Wait a minute- what about ammonium phosphate! Cheap and gives me both n and p with no K.
Plus my pH is over 7.

Sea Shield...a certain cherry grower uses 65 gallons per acre per yr. he also chucks a bunch of the shit that does not pass the screens on the ground. As far as I know no upper limit has been found. You can safely use a 1-3% solution. Personally I would use 1% more frequently.
It does lack Ca though. So I always use soluble gypsum with it MAP is not an unreasonable choice. If you go that way add as many lbs of humic as you do MAP |
