California State Prison
Hey wassup ICMAG
Got into some trouble and im looking at prison. Not county this time. Strait up prison. Its my first time going into a state facility. Ive been dancing around juvi and county all my life but this time its looking like state time. So yeah, I know that first time prisoners get to go to san quen. Just wanting to know what its like in there. Im considering tracking down people in my old life that were sentenced with harsh time and still serving. But thats going to take a while. I dont feel like talking about what happend, it had nothing to do with growing or drugs, and no im not a thief or a pervert, just have a temper. If theres anyone on this site that has recently been released I just have some questions about prison life and gangs. Dont trip, I wont ask you anything specific about yourself. Just wanting to know some info. This is not one of those things where im trying to weasel my way out and lie out of it. Im prepared to do a couple of years. I dont need prayers. I feel bad on what I did and want to own up to it. Thanks |

yeah the 3rd link was very helpfull. I know the basic rules in there. But I want to know specific details about my race in there. And you know how it is. Race is everything in there. So yeah, anybody that has recently been released from a california state pen, I have some simple questions. Come on guys, I know some of you guys can get on the phone and ask some questions for me. Its all im asking.

standard advice -> shiv a guy day one. or, better yet, move on down to costa rica - they have nice fruit down there...keeps you regular, man.

trust me id rather be in a candian prison then a california prison anyday. shit id rather be in a federal prison then a california prison. atleast you can smoke brand name cigs in there, in california you have to smoke tobacco that came out some dudes ass and that was rolled with bible paper. sigh...
