Also I am very sorry to hear that the Professor has passed on.
Very sorry to you and all his many friends here. He sounded like a top bloke. |

I married a Philippino woman after being locked up for a year in Manila. We married while I was behind bars....
We did have 2 kids at the time (a boy and a girl)...and I had known her since 2007 as a GF, who never ever asked me for money, nor did any of her family. She has stood by me thru the worst period of my life, and visited me every single week of a 1000 day incarceration, to bring me food she had cooked, clean bedding and clothing she had washed, and to comfort me in my darkest hour.......I saw no other wives/GF's of inmates that were so dedicated to their men as her.. Now I have about 2 weeks before I can apply for her UK family/settlement visa, having been deported from the Phillipines 6 months ago, I am VERY excited to get her and the kids over to London to start a life with me here, and they are VERY keen to join me too. 'It must be love-love-love, nothing more, nothing less, love is the best!'.....(Madness) and yes you must hear the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmezIIrFQmY

Yes, prof was a good one. I miss his boots on the ground reports of the state of affairs in Thailand. RIP
You’ll get her done Gypsy. |

Yes mate, it all depends on how long it takes them to process her visa, it can take 60 days, or much sooner I hope, just don't really know being's as it's my first time to have to do all this, and it is a lot to get sorted, but will be well worth it to finally get the family reunited after over 3 years of having to live apart... *just realized the threads about 'Thai Wives'....so I have gone waaay off topic, ehhh...whoops.
