I know this is for you that can Sprechen Sie Deutsche but I was wondering about the laws in your country I heard recently that the law bout cannabis had changed in hamburg ... Is that as in the entire country ...what exactly changed???? danke!

They have decriminalized up to 10 grams in Berlin if I am not mistaken

yes in some bars/restaurants you can buy weed. you have sit at a special place and then somebody will come to you and ask.
but it's still illegal to buy weed in germany...even possesing it is still illegal but consuming is not. well possesing it is not a real crime if you don't posess a lot but they will take it from you if they find it anyway.if it is just a little bit, they take it and thats it...after that nothing happens. but if you are possesing more you could get in trouble(like me).it is not so important how much you got, more important is what you got. it counts how much pure thc you got. so you can have 200grams shit with 1% thc and nothing happens or you could have 50grams with 20%thc and it's over. thats what i definatly know for sure......

In south germany you'll get in real trouble even for small amounts.
This is not Holland :( My advice is, don't get caught... especially as foreigner, you might get a ban for whole europe if you're from non EU. bandan, most breeders will give you some fantasy THC % numbers, don't mistake them for being real
