KCS '14 Snack Attack: Cookie Wreck
Hey everyone thanks for stopping by and welcome to my 2014 Cookie Wreck adventure. This will be my 2nd run with the CW and I will say that it is a great strain with some dank phenos. I'm hoping to find another cookie dom. pheno like last year or 1 even better. Here's a little info. about genetics and setup.
Genetics: Cookie Wreck (GSC forum cut x H3ads' Trainwreck II), F1s standard m/f seeds Soil Mix: Sphagnum Peat Moss, Miracle Gro Garden Soil, Perlite, Lime, and Water Crystals Environment: Outdoors Pots: Homemade Smartys (Shyt cans) On April 8 I started soaking 3 CW seeds in a cup of tap water for 24 hrs after my seed rinse. All 3 germinated and I then planted them on the 9th. 2 days later they were all above the soil and basking in 128 watts of fluorescent light in a small grow tent with other various strains. They were vegged for almost 2 months before being relocated OD to their "Shyt Cans". Plants were about a foot tall (some + or -) when they were transplanted the final time. Most doubled in size in the 1st 2 weeks of being under the full sun. I took a few pics along the way of them vegging but don't have my laptop fixed yet to post them but will as soon as I get a chance. Several of the Cookie hybrid plants are showing some strong forum traits. I also noticed that a few of the plants were starting to preflower right before I took them OD and by now most have shown sex. I got 2 females and 1 male Cookie Wreck this year just like last year. I plan on making some F2s to search through and also maybe using the male on another strain on 2. I'm also running another cookie hybrid but they all turned out to be male so i'll be crossing the 2 strains and working on that strain in near future. That catches ya'll up on mostly whats been going on so far brings everyone up to where I am currently in this grow. So far the plants are looking really good and should be ready to take clones off of shortly if everything works out. Sorry for the lack of pics. I have some and will post them but there probably won't be many pics of them OD because of when I go and visit them but i'll try to snag a few pics later in flower just so ya'll can see them near completion in the great outdoors. Thanks again for stopping by and feel free to ask questions or post up your Cookie Wrecks. Hopefully this will be a great year and I will have plenty of snacks by the end. Take care 1

Hey everyone and Happy 4th of July! Sorry for the lack of updates. Not much is going on with the plants other than vegging away. I topped the 2 females and left the male natural. 1 female is turning into a big tall plant while the other is staying shorter and starting to bush out. All the CW plants smell nice from a stem rub. They should start flowering in about 2 weeks and then the smells will pick up and get very interesting. I'll be sure to snag those day pics once they start flowering good. Ya'll take care 1

Plants are still doing fine. Just been watering and lsting them lately. I did manage to pollenate a small branch on the bigger Cookie Wreck with some Sin Mint Cookie pollen. I'll be looking through them for something very cookie dom but with that M. Night twist to it
. Thought about calling them Twisted Cookies but not sure if i'll stay with that name or not. Once the male CW starts dropping pollen i'll use him on a small branch on both the CW females to make some F2s and collect some extra pollen for future use. I know the thread is picture-less for now but there is nothing special looking about them currently but once flowering starts to kick in real good i'll get some daytime shots. Thanks for stopping by and take care 1

Hey everyone, plants are still doing very well. 1 female CW is just massive and i'm wishing I had put the Cookie hybrids in bigger pots now. The other is doing ok, just never hit that growth spurt that the other pheno did. The male has started to drop some pollen so I started making the CW F2s and will collect some extra pollen along the way. Probably will just save the extra pollen for future use as the CW doesn't really match up well imo with any of my other strains other than the Sin Mints and they were all male. To those stopping by and reading the thread thank you. I'll just say i'm unable to post pics currently when the problem can be addressed I will. Take care 1

Hey stewpac15, thanks for stopping by.
Hey DJXX, sup glad you stopped by also. Your tw dom CW pheno sounds great, you kept a few others also didn't you? I know you know your cookie dank, you got the bakery . I'm think 1 of my 2 females is TW dom but i'll know for sure after if flowers a little more. I will toss up few pic if I can get to another PC or get mine fixed hopefully soon. I have a few pics of them as seedlings and then getting bigger and a few other exciting things i'll post the pics of when I get the 1st chance to but trust there are plenty of pics to come. Take care 1

Hey mack 10, definitely run them soon and yes they were coated in resin last time I ran em
. So far the plants are doing very well. I think they are on about week 2 of flowering just judging by bud formations so far. I've also noticed some of the pollen I've used has taken and seeds are forming . Got a few interesting things going but I won't jinx it as I was having problems but I should have some good news for the thread in a little more than a week so stay tuned. Take care 1
