nice pics sam thats definately the biggest male ive seen. so you just let them open pollinate the entire greenhouse? if you want to use 2 or 3 different males you gotta get a whole new greenhouse haha...

most people would just show their regular flowering room, because they have hermies haha.

I do both, I allow open pollination with a single variety of male and/or do controlled pollinations with several and collect the pollen before they open and do it by hand.
I am not sure if the plant in the photo above had a male flower in it or from pollinating, a bit of a male flower on it. If in it, it was eliminated from the program normally. I don't remember if I cloned any intersex on purpose, but I might have if I wanted to test something. I am very very good at catching intersex plants and just don't use them for breeding. There are other uses like for just resin, but if they open they would make problems for me. So I often just kill them, even if almost done. If they make a few male flowers on the bud tips very late after I have seeded them, it is hard to see until well after the pollination work. If I see intersex on them before pollination they are killed immediately. If they do not open I just red tag them to keep looking at them and try and wait them out but I do not keep any resulting seed from them even if the flowers do not open.

I think this would be a great idea . I love details an I'm sure it's easy for breeders to share info I imagine much would be documented or remembered . But I wonder if all would want to share there techniques

Nevil shared quite abit about his breeding history with great details, started a thread about it actually
