if you are in a so-called developed country, you should have zero problems getting an up-to-date ISP.

Lots of misguided thinking wanting breeders to give you a full spread of phenos. It assumes most lines are stable enough for this to be doable - most aren't. No one in the real world would make this request. It's built on a foundation of forum bs. The only thing worse than bad breeders selling bunk are the posters who think knowing there's bunk being sold makes them experts.
I think you'd have to be real new to growing and spend too much time listening to people on growing to believe this idea is feasible.

we assume most line are stable enough to have at least some common phenotype expressions that can be expected from a pack of 10 seeds.

the question is: why do we assume such things?

partly because we are idiots and partly because we want to believe in the descriptions provided by the breeders.

I don't think it is unrealistic to have some sort of phenotype "dictionary" for the least unstable seeds out there.

if many consumers manage to do it, why would a breeder not manage with his own work?

unlike places like the 'tude. where some anonymous type of pimpbombseedzco can sell you $20 beans all day long by posting up a confusing, often inaccurate description, littered with a few key buzz words and a blurry trichome stacked out macro ... without any type of real credentials, documented test grow or even much less a live help desk.

I don't think every possible phenotype needs to be documented. just, at the very least, a few good and fair representations of what to expect in a pack of seeds. WHOLE PLANT pictures along with the macros, even if they are just cut out from member test grow threads and pasted into a well maintained and updated picture library.

especially if this ("$25K+ in single days according to those in the know."), or even half this, is going to be the expected norm.
