Hi All,

I'm starting out by growing a variety of SS auto fems. See my signature link to the grow if you are interested.

I'm growing 5 strains of SS auto fems as my grow #1 so I'll likely make alot of mistakes, already have but I'll get the hang of it when I'm all dialed in. I've got +/- 50 SS beans for my first mmj grows.

I've been following jaypp's Trainwreck thread with interest as that is one of the strains I'm doing.

Trainwreck
Green Poison
Black Cream
Cream Caramel
Devil Cream

I'm pretty sure I have a couple of purple pheno's already. Well lets hope..

Thanks for sharing it with us my friend. Nice to know you'll be trying the 5 mentioned strains and I hope you enjoy growing them and the final results

Why don't consider posting the diary also here in the Sweet Seeds subforum? Like this me and Jaypp could follow it and share opinions/advice if needed. You could post it in both places, you would only need to copy the post from there to here, each time you post an update.

Just an idea, as we can only post here inside the Sweet Seeds subforum.

Keep us updated anyway, all the best and sweet smokes!

Thanks for mentioning that. I'll try to keep the threads syncd up. I'm not going to post pics daily or anything tho. Just going to use maxibloom and learn as I go.

they are just little things right now and a bit singed.... hehe not off to a great start unless you like your leafs a bit crispy... I didn't use much CFL on them in the first week before putting them under my epap at 52" on 600W. A bit much for the little things, so I raised the fixture to about 66" and turned on my ventilation full on. They are looking much more happy today, except for my poor lone Trainwreck. It got a bit toasty, its hanging in there but the light was pretty hard on it in particular.

A few days ago I potted my root riots into 1g pots with the Cyco premium coco. Today they are looking comfortable in the new pots.

I'll have to get a system figured out for starting them and transitioning to the philips DE bulb in the epap. So far though, today for sure, they are starting to take the light and growth is resuming.

You can see the bag of coco of the type I'll be using. That bag is sitting in the VR. I'll cover that locker with a floor board after I finish my orca and drain.

First couple of days the temps were cool. I used my laptop and a wool sweater to warm up the dome. Next time I'll try something different.

TW #3 & #4 replacements for the TW #2 which didn't germ. I'm not especially a sativa person so I may cull 1 to keep my plant numbers down
