A much deserved.....Thanks!!!
Just a word of appreciation for a job well done in resolving a recent misfire after several years of successful results with my purchases from Seed Boutique. A few weeks ago I picked up a great buy at half price on some beans I had wanted for some time. As always, I chose against strong advice and sent cash, standard mail. I guess my luck finally ran out and after a few weeks it became apparent that my payment would not arrive due to some mishap. During this time waiting, every enquiry was answered promptly and with reasonable advice. After deciding to resend the payment but this time using a money order, I was assured that the original price would be honored, even though the half price sale was gone. The order arrived today in about 6 days and I couldn't be happier with the delivery. Got my original order along with the promised freebies, as well as some great extras for the trouble. I really doubt that the MO made any difference with the safe arrival but it offers at least a chance of recovery vs cash.

Gotta agree with Kief, the quality of customer service here has always been really really good. Hope that Fuzzy's having a great vacation and that everyone else there is enjoying a fine spring season.
