On heavy lifting days i add more calories in but keep my Macros at right levels to gain muscle and make body want to burn fat. More fat you eat less the body stores. So many myths about eating healthy that most people eating "healthy" food arent eating right at all. If your not lifting weights this diet would make you fat quick so dont follow it unless your into heavy lifting 3x a week and trying to get some muscles on your skinny asses. Time to go do some 5x5 heavy squats, decline press, and bent over rows.... |
