I never had tried the real ECSD, but based on observation alone, the IBL's were leafy as shit compared to the real thing.

I did find most of the IBL's stink pretty good, and have strong stinky flavor but the way they grow is not that desirable because they don't stretch like they should and they are incredibly nutrient sensitive.

There is really good pheno's to be found but the majority grow too stumpy.

The mother I used to make these seeds was a great pheno, Im kind of pissed I have to pheno hunt these again since I lost the mom.

Head had the ECSD V3 which was considered the best version of Rez's Sour line.

It went something like V3, SD IBL group #1 then he did a second breeding of the IBL in 2010 where he tweaked things and it just didn't have the same magic.

Rez had mentioned trying to improve the Sour Diesel by adding thicker stems but no one wants a stumpy sour.

Same here, an old friend of mine used to get legit ecsd nuggets, I took one whiff of the jar, and saw those chunky nuggets and have been in love ever since.

I wish I still talked to the guy, he had the hook to all the good shit back then.
