Aspirator idea

Another possible low cost & maintenance idea I was thinking is use an aspirator design using butane as the driving liquid using a pump for pressure but unsure of CFM rating on aspirators but could add multiple for more CFM depending on pressure output of pump

Ummmm, certainly outside the box, considering the flow rates of 2.5 gallons per minute required by the average faucet aspirator and the need for no back pressure on the discharge side to operate.

Well GW if manufacturers are avoiding butane extraction for legal purposes requesting info one pumps using refrigerants in the same family as butane(R600), like CARE 40 (R290) which is propane or R600a which is isobutane may get by the legal dept. and get better attention

R-1234yf is another good refrigerant choice since it's being used by Mercedes to replace R-134a and is hc blended refrigerant

was reading wiki about aspirator pump and it stated,
"If a liquid is used as the working fluid, the strength of the vacuum produced is limited by the vapor pressure of the liquid (for water, 3.2 kPa or 0.46 psi or 32 mbar at 25 °C or 77 °F). If a gas is used, however, this restriction does not exist"
made me start thinking about butane's vapor pressure ~25 PSI (at 50 °F) and I assumed this increase aspirator's effect if I'm understanding the wiki correctly

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspirator_(pump)

I apologize if link is out of bounds and have no issue with its removal

It is the flammable class of refrigerants that they are avoiding.
