previous pot convictions overturned?

Denver Post, Tuesday, March 25, 2014
Anywhere from a few dozen to 10,000 people could be eligible to have their old marijuana convictions overturned. The appeals court recenty overturned two Marijuana convictions for things which are no longer illegal under Ammendment 64. There are perhaps thousands of people that could have their convictions overturned said Sean McAllister (marijuana attorney).

I hope so. Convictions over a plant are barbaric.
