Cant find a any 30x mangnifiers in my area.

Radio shack has a three pice set which is 5x,10x and 15x magnification.

I aint sure tbh m8,My gut feeling is it wont work(just wont give a good enough close up)

My one is a simple 60-100x

Just bought(online)FRom a growers store(GRowells i used)

I think they do cost more than the radio shack ones(there about £10?)
Mine was about £20
So u would pay more,But least u get what u want then

i just bought my 30x from a educational supply online store . it was £4.95 and is exactly the same as you see in the grow shops for £13

How good a veiw do u get with a 30x(Would he be ok with a 15x?)

I have both the 5x/10x/15x and the 60x-100x from radioshack. On the 5/10/15, its possible to put the 10 and 15 together and look through both at the same time, giving a greater magnification. Still, I found that it wasn't strong enough to examine trichs, so I had to use the 60-100x. The 60-100 is hard to hold still over the plant, so the best thing to do is cut off a small sample and examine it that way.
