I thought that 90' and early 00' are finished and replaced with new growers who understand plants more ,
cause more info at internet about plants/cannabis, than what we are in that time.
Obviously it is not.

Your bla bla about growing during night is, actually, about starch function and production.
However plants do not grow more during night but use glucose stored in a starch to grow over night
cause at night aren't presented energy (read light) what is needed for photosynthesis (read glucose/energy).

Your observation is OK and its key in researching and improving, just you do not have what to improve
becauseyou do not know basic about plants.

Sorry if these facts, or my attitude, upset you at any way but when somebody as you
do advise something push me to laugh LOL

How about to I advice you ?
Use google as your best friend in improving your knowledge
before you even think that you can advise somebody.

But why cut back on a vital element like light?
After all, the more light you give the plant, the more it will yield. While this is true, there seems to be something special about plants that follow this 12/12 grow cycle when started from seed. They tend to grow larger and have a higher calyx-to-leaf ratio. Plus, you'll have the added value of saving a lot of costs. We do want to stress that we mean the 'direct 12/12'-method is better used when you plan to pre-grow your plants for only 3 to 4 weeks under 18 hours of light. If you want to pre-grow for a longer time, we advise against it and recommend using standard 18 hours for the 4-5-6-7 or 8 weeks you want to pre-grow the plant. It all depends on your situation.
