I plan on using wormcastings in my next grow and was wondering how you guys measure it out. Like if you use it at 20% of the mix, how do you know how much castings is 20%? By weight maybe?

Say you use 10 galloons of soil then you add to that 1-2 gallons of EWC, I always go by volume.

Just use the same container to messure each part of your mix like a 16oz cup.
1 cup full of EWC, 2 cups perlite, 2 cups peat moss will give you 20% EWC. I use Lavendar Cowboys 10 part mix: 2 cups EWC, 5 cups peat moss, 3 cups perlite = 20% EWC, 50% peat moss, 30% perlite. I was told there would be no math |
