Incorrect address?
I was tracking my sent payment to seed boutique today, and saw that it went out for delivery. However the current status is "Incorrect Address - Scheduled for another delivery attempt today". I'm not sure if the address was written poorly and is hard to read, or if there's an error somewhere, or what.
One of my worries is that when mailing it out at the post office, they had difficulty with the address, especially the postal code. But it eventually got sent out. I just hope it's not because the address was wrong in any sort of way. Is there anything I can do if it never makes it there? I don't really want to have to spend another $52 to mail a payment again. |

Exclamation ADDRESS CHANGE (incoming mail issues) Hey there folks. So its no secret that there are problems within the Royal Mail. So this year has come to a bad start for many members getting payments to us. It seems that since the Royal Mail has privatised, Oct 15th 2013, mail theft has rocketed. Whether this is due to the airport where the mail arrives or certain sorting offices is yet to be found out. We have been directly in contact with a Royal Mial investigator and any missing mail is reported to him. There have been several recorded packages coming in that have also gone missing once landed at Heathrow airport. I will continue to deal with missing mail on a case by case basis and ask anyone that has sufferred to contact me via support@seedbay.com or via PM here. It has come to my attention that e-mails are not being received by us and by you guys once they are sent. Please feel free to contact me via PM if you think you have been missed. After consulting the Royal Mail investigator we have decided that it would be a good idea to change the address from the current one. By the close of the weekend you should see this reflected on Boo/Bay. Please start sending to: SRI 12 East Street Epsom Surrey KT17 1HX UK Again if anyone has questions please feel free to PM me. This thread will remain closed as previous threads turned into wild speculation and shit slinging. I am hoping to be able to give good news regarding bank transfers in the up and coming days. Thank you Clarence

I had someone else fill everything out for me as I couldn't make it to the post office. That should be the address I gave though.
Reading the mailing receipt/customs form and it says SRI 12 East Street KT17 1HX Epsom Surrey United Kingdom So it all looks right, unless that address is wrong somehow. Whoever wrote the "12" in the address on this didn't write their 2 the best, but hopefully it's all clear enough. |

Turns out my tracking number works in the UK tracking systems for post. Looking on those websites now, I get the message of "Address problem - insufficient address". I really wish I knew what the problem was. The address should be correct just as listed on here.

Alright, well now that it's Monday, things have started moving again. They tried again for another delivery and this time it made it. I was just a little worried is all. I've never encountered an issue like that before when mailing things. Looks like all should be good now though
