harvest time?

i'm flowering 25 nvr blue mistic plants.on sunday i will be 49 days into flower,on monday i have to go out of town for 10 days.most of these plants will not be completly ready yet.is it better to leave them that extra 10 days with no water while i'm out of town,or should i harvest everything sunday night at 49 days?

Damn, how bad do you really have to go out of town. You need the ;;Buddy system;;Being at such a critical stage without h20 will only hurt..I would pay a trustworthy person to come by and water.Don't chop em now,,the final weeks are the best time!!Good luck in whatever you decide!

Water them right before you leave until you get runoff, even if they are dry by the time you get back at least they will have reached a better potency and maturity, some people like leaving their buds dry on the plant anyway so it can't hurt.
How often are you feeding them now?

why don't you just put them in a tub of water...and let them take up the water when they need it?

Timer a drip system. for small amounts of water put the line right at the base of the plant. You don't need to over do it. Probably could do it for around 100 dollars or less that small. Just go to a pet store hook up a submergible pump(5-30$) like the ones you use for hydro systems, fish pumps are the same thing. Get something to hold pump (put a rock on it if it moves all around in the bucket) if you get a too powerful one. get some tubing(5- 20$) with some of the drip spikes(5-15$ hydro store), 10 gallon bucket (5$). Put this bucket outside the grow room if possible cause with a grow light hitting it constantly can put your grow room at undesirable humidity levels. Timer (5-10$ ) how long the pump needs to be on to pump a gallon through the lines. Then set the timer to go off for that length of time a half hour after your lights go on and all should be good; 10 gallons of water will run out and leave you with just enough to last you and let these plants dry out good as well enough to do what you are trying to accomplish. This is really more simple than sounds.

go get some silica gel and put it in water and put around a cup of the silica (expanded) mixed in with the base of your soil. try to get it near the roots as possible . Your plants will still dry enough for you to let them leech out after your trip. Your plant will be really dry when you get back still. You can get this stuff at any craft store. Here in california I get it at this craft store called michaels, but any craft store should have it make calls around and then go get it.

its what they usually pack in things like beef jerk its that little white packet that says do not eat. It absorbs extra moisture in the bag. This isnt enough to keep your plants watered with, but you it will supply them with moisture long enough to keep them watered and alive.

If you actually get this stuff let it sit in the water overnight. With our old outdoor plots we used to soak this stuff in water overnight mixed with a good dose of Miracle grow. I was young I know dont suggest using miracle grow now although it did make the plant grow big and quick it just lacked over all potency and added a lot of leafy weight that wasnt needed and we wouldnt have to water our plants for upto two and a half weeks in summer months (mainly June) in shaded periods in the day with no problem. Full sun from 90 to over 100 degrees was around 4-10 days until dry.
