Ez does it! Bog multi-strain test run
I was finally able to order the BOG genetics I've been craving, and they showed up the other day. I'm starting this thread to document my experience with BOG genetics, and to hopefully enhance my success. I'll be growing the plants organically, and using a few other innovations I'll mention as the thread progresses.
I started the seeds less than 24hrs ago, and some are already popping the shell ![]() I'll be moving them into 1qt pots in a few days, I'll update then, if not sooner. |

Awesome EZ
![]() What strains did you get? Planned on snagging some BOG gear when out at the Denver cup, but looking like work may have changed those plans ![]() Anyway good luck with the grow! |

this run. Still got sour boggle(thanks BOG ), sour grape, and sour strawberry in reserve, as well as extras of the others. This run, I've seen 0 signs of the broad mites that baffled me for over a year, and I believe I'm in for an excellent run.

Nice choices in seeds.
I want to get my hands on some BOG genetics soon. Thinking either sour bubble, blue moon rocks, blue kush, or maybe sour strawberry kush if I can get a pack. Seeing your results might make my decision easier. Ill be watching. |

2 1/2 days since I popped the beans on paper towels. So far, 87% of the seeds have cracked. The bmr was 100%, the sourbubble 96%, sourlifesaver 81%, bogbubble 69%. I'll keep the laggers on paper towel till tomorrow. If nothing by then, I'll pop a few more sourbubbles to fill my tray. They definitely sprouted the fastest. The bmr took the longest to start cracking, but they ALL split at the same time.
The sprouts are now in 6" pots with sunshine no.4 . I assume you've all seen 6" pots full of mix, so I'll wait till they break ground for more pics.

4 days since germination, and I think everything's popped that's going to. 90% germination overall, not bad. BMR was the best, at 100%. Sourbubble was 97%, Sour Lifesaver was 88%, and Bogbubble was 75%.
I've got my1K hps 4' above the pots. The first sprouts were planted sunday, the last few on monday. Nothing breaking ground yet. |

Groundbreaking Day!
Got up this morning to see about 1/3 of the sprouts have broke the surface
So far, mostly sourbubble, but some of the others too. Sourbubble sprouted with the most vigor, so no surprise there. So, final germ rates were 100%BMR, 97%SB, 88%SL, and 75%BB, for an average germ rate of 90%. No complaints here, although the BB rate was a little low. Here's a brand new SB baby: Just going to mist the pots for now. Mainly to keep the surface from drying out. BOG advises NOT to feed for the first 2 weeks. I'm hoping for all of them to break out by friday
