Question WIFI A

couldn't stand it any longer and busted out my pack of whitefire alien I picked up in dec

I got 8 up-n-running from 11, 1 mutie
all the 1st sets of true leaves have a quirky twist in them.
has anyone else had this?
is it standard fare with wifiA?

they are about 10 days old and wow!
do they have a strong smell with a stem rub

They seem pretty dark for first sets.
Maybe the twist and the little curl is from too much nute?
Ive seen nutes mutate plants like that before too

thanks for the heads up.
they are in FFOF w/50-50 promix, just started with the PM in tha lst few months.i
usually run it straight w/perlite for an airier mix.
Ive been using it for 4 yrs now but never had leaves like this.

actually twisted isn't the best description
the leaves are a bit mutated
just didn't know if it was a wifiA thing and they seem to be growing out of it so its good.

glad i picked this up when i did,
wanted wifi but looks like everything is off the shelves now.
so... anyone know what's up with that?

I have weird stuff going on with the leaves on my wifi-aliens but not "mutated" like yours.

They roll the sides of leaves up and sort of taco kind of like they have broad mites. I search them up and down with two scopes and cant find any other signs. Not sure why, they are the only thing that does it that i have. Oh well. Im hoping this means they are gonna be of the "extra frosty" variety and is just preparing herself(s) Probably not that lucky.

I've noticed the same thing with some of my wifi's.

Never had any issues from it.

I'd say you got a wifi leaning pheno!

I may have a touch of vpd and has been a thought in my mind. I recently turned downed the exhaust fan in the veg room as i was over powering one of my filters. I dont have great airflow in that closet either. It is an upcoming project as soon as i get a minisplit for summer fun.

I do have low RH in there, i recently added a cheap humidifier which has risen me up to a rough avg of ~35% sometimes a little higher. Before it would only register 16% on the meter which is the lowest it records so it may not even be that much. After adding it, one of my mothers that sat right next to it started to look a little better but that on in the pic never really did much after.

No CO2 in the veg room hopefully soon in the flower once i grab a minisplit for next round.

Im hopin for a wifi or fire leaning something......will find out pretty shortly. Gonna run each of the 3 phenos in a mixed run next to get thru them all. 4xpheno8 & 4xpheno6 in seperate RDWCs and a couple coco's of pheno1 in between the two systems. Im wrappin up current run and will begin flush end of week. 8 and 6 have the best looking structure, 1 is so so.
