C99 bud
Hello,
This is my Female seeds C99, harvested at day 59. It was a very good plant, that consumed a lot more nutes than I'm used to. (I usually give low EC spaced feedings) The smell during flowering was at first mango and then evolved into a more rotten fruit intense smell. The trichome coverage is quite nice and the bud developed some purple tones later in the flowering stage. The bud is curing for about 5 days now and the smell is evolving quite nicely. Seems to be keeping the rotten fruit smell with a more sweet, tropical juice mixture. I'll post some more pictures when I get the chance. ![]() Kind regards, TheZ |

Looks nice.
Have you tried it yet? C99 is my all time favorite strain. The high blew me away when I tried it for the first time, even before it had time to cure properly.

Hello m314,
The high is complex, a mixture of relaxation, focus and euphoria. It's a good daytime smoke, although a bit too strong for certain tasks. |

Very nice pheno my friend! 2 grows ago I grew C99 from female seeds and I found the sought after pineapple pheno. Mine smelled kinda similiar like how you descibe yours like baby sick/ rotting fruit. Then all that changed towards the end and it had the most intoxicating pineapple smell to the point everytime I went into the garden I had my nose in her buds constantly. She was also a very very frosty girl and took whatever nutes I threw at her. She just didn't like ph fluctuations. I almost lost her early on in veg but she roubounded to become one of my favorite plants that I grew.
The high for me was very racy paranoia head spinning high. She was also ripe in 50 days if I didn't have a ton of other strains to look through she would of been a mainstay. So what I did was take a great male and made seeds to stick away for a rainy day. |

I guess she could be harvested as early as day 55, as some people like their sativas all milky. I surely think we have got the same pheno, since this one's getting the paranoia effect as the curing process goes on. She also takes a lot of nutes. The fruit smell is getting more pronounced with the cure but mine smells more like overripe mango than pineapple. Kind regards, TheZ |

Sounds awesome I know female seeds said that there are 2 main phenos that you find in those beans. One that leans more grapefruit and the other pineapple. So with them saying that I bet there are 3 phenos grapefruit, pineapple, and a mix of them both..
Ya mine looked very sativish very thin bladed and had nice buds at day 25 her smell was just so intoxicating from day one that she started to smell. A great plant for only 30 dollar seeds. I felt that my Cindy was just as good if not better than higher end seeds that I grew at the same time. Well you definitley killed that grow and she looks very nice. |

Cinderella99 is a fabulous strain, and crosses readily with just about any other strain into something wonderful.
My last grow of pure C99 yielded one female from a dozen seeds, and she was fab. More seeds will arrive sometime, somehow, hopefully NOT feminized...next time I would take advantage of either the pollen or make seeds with any girls. Peace is the answer...

Have you saved a clone Payaso? I didn't clone that girl... and it was a shame. Not what I was after, but her overipe fruit smell stayed on my mind. I'm was looking for a bit more pineapple or even grapefruit smell.
I've got another one from Female seeds under 12/12 and another one waiting for the room to clear up. We'll see!
