Reusing old soil? - Growing in Greenhouses - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

I have 2-3 yards of old soil used back in November just sitting in a big pile in the yard, it was covered we forgot to uncover last time we got a good rain to leach it. I was wondering what should we add once it gets a good soak of rain? also when i pulled the cover off the soil there were weeds and even found mushrooms in it, plus a shit ton of microscopic little bugs running around everywhere even rollie pollies. Also we had somewhat of a bug problem last couple grows doing light dep. throughout the spring time i believe they where broad mites, they were bigger then a spider mite darker and looked like it had a shell on it.

I heard maybe adding neem seed meal?
