A friend of this guy sent me this vid and said his buddy was getting harassed by police at a Houston bus station because they walked by him and claimed to smell cannabis despite the fact that he wasn't smoking nor had anything illegal on him. Then they try and threaten/intimidate him to turn his camera off once they figure out they were acting without justification.
