I popped the b.a.t.f..
All in all,, great smoke.. but with that said,, the genetics do have transgender tendencies.. that is the only reason why I can't run it any longer... nothing major,, a few beans per oz. But that's enough for me to cut a great strain outta rotation..
It's up there with glue, n cookies, n some of the Ogs even..
Just think dude needs to work on his lines a lil more and he would be killing it.. Anyhow,, I wouldn't give up on those beans,, just b careful..

Don't want gender benders in my garden it could be devastating if pollen gets all over my females with unstable pollen yikes I think I Will put this border haze to the side for now herm issues is not the issue I would like to deal with!


Your pics of the batf Looks tasty too bad for the herm issue shops won't take trees with beans in them

In all fairness,, I've seen more beans in in the cookies and glue that clubs put out..
When I run the b.a.t.f under 400 ppms there isnt any at all.. I hate giving her up,
But yeah,, when it comes down to it,, it's sensitive... awesome smoke tho,, could honesty hold its own next to any of the latest fire..

I grew three of these outdoors last year and none had seeds. IMO two had more BB lean and one was ATF. The ATF one is a favorite. Small, dense nugs, covered in red hairs.

I will check to see if I have pics.

I wish DUDE was still around so I could share my findings. I hope he is well.

Wise choice IMHO OgRastaman.......too many issues to deal with is what I found. VPD? Nanners? Over 100 days flower w/ no results? Here is my report on Border Haze.

Thanks for the heads up I read the threads you posted abd I think I am going to toss those beans I have in the trash not tryin to waste my time and $$ on weak genetics thanks I will work on a a different strain

Wow, first I've heard of dude having a bad attitude.. I could b wrong, but from what I've read in his threads, he was always on a positive note..
I remember alot of people bashing him,, but mainly because of the usual "ur cut ain't real" ,or because his breeding practices were "not on par" with theirs,, yada yada..
All I can say about him,, is, he tries harder than most and that's what matters..
I grew his b.a.t.f beans next to raskals WiFi alien and a few WiFi,, and the b.at.f literally made them look b grade.i have it growing next to glue right now and it holds its own for sure...anyhow,, I seriously wouldn't toss any bean, could b something great,, could b something shitty,, same as any other breeders.. I've spent some loot on seeds and thatcannafornia seeds tester pack stomped on most.. give the dude a break :-)

I'm just taking most people's take on the border haze a guy gave it to me for free at the la cup 2014 the bag said ssh x mexi sativa to me that is just saying that you took a super silver haze and crossed it to some mexi brick weed the pics in the grow journal and also all of the comments in the thread is why I'm not,going to run it, I was thinking about the BATF, but from this thread I decided,not to purchase them due to the fact that they are unstable genetics I got nothing bad to say about the DUDE, I've never met him or had any previous exp. With him that would not make me want to work with
his gear just trying to some new good genetics

If I had the BATF in better sun/ better ventilation they would have done even better. I did have some mold issues towards the end but I blame that on my own doing. Nothing major. I tried to keep the hidden and rather low to the ground.

I need to do a little bush whacking/ move some curtains.
