WHAT % FOR JARS?
i've been burping for the last week, the RH holds steady @ 59% overnight, what's a good RH to finally jar them at for good?

I generally continue burping until I quit seeing condensate on the inside of the jars, usually a coupla weeks. I've never measured the RH in the jars themselves.
