Every single day I read hundreds of news articles and thousands of comments, from individuals of all walks of life. That is how I know what I know. Disregard my warning at your own peril.

It is interesting to watch the economy collapse. it's a wierd world when the US gov. says unemployment is 6.6% and we know it's more like 20 or 25%.

And the US gov. ways inflation is 2% ... we know it's 10%+.

Just from pricing hamburger, or 50 pound bags of bird seed, seems like inflation is 17%+. I buy the bird seed for my chickens so I know exactly how much it's gone up.

Ironic thought - maybe the US gov. will include Cannabis in the Consumer Price Index ? They seem to like to manipulate the CPI down, and Cannabis prices are generally declining.

glad somebody else sees that shit NO tin foil hat here but those unemployment numbers are way off they just don't want people to panic just like its a great recession when we all know it was/is a depression don't know why they just don't tell the truth though its not like American citizens will rise up in arms we're too happy with our 60 inch flat screens and xbox ones big suvs etc etc much to comfortable to ever really do anything about it.

I still remember the plastic kitty litter bucket of Sweet Pink Grapefruit clones I got from some guy next to the burger joint in the parking lot. Wish they were delivered in the twin turbo wagon.

Hope all is well.

hang in there, as you more well than know already, time will pass and it will be all over soon. i was raided about the same time as you, in the heart of the triangle. i had 2 lights 15 plants and a total of about 8 pounds processed. they weighed the dirt, the bins , the jars and the bags and charged me with 76.6 pounds.the judge 3 years later told the only witness for the prosecution the officer in charge, that contrary to their reports and charges she could only find 16.3 pounds total including the unprocessed and trash from the compost pile.
rather than dismissing the charges she corrected the math and i ended up with the same sentence as you and spent 30k getting there. worst of all i was the vice president of a patient collective(not a dispensary) which was at the time with the knowledge of the county and the state applying for the proper permits to open a "legal dispensary" in the area. i paid my taxes, owned my property, ran a legal non-profit, and still paid a heavy toll for trying to follow the rules and guidelines.
the first attorney i talked to quoted me by the pound. priced at a flat rate $1000 each charged with 76 pounds, he said hed give me a deal and only charge me 65k ,i wouldnt serve a day and all charges would be dropped. i couldnt believe it...what a racket...
i chose another attorney and since it was both me and my ex wife who were charged both her and my attorneys cost me 30k over the next 2 yrs of my life. 3 yrs of probation, community service and a myriad of fines. i learned the hard way that the law is interpreted by those who enforce it , not those who follow it. there is nothing legal in all of this when they are at your door with body armor, battering rams, machine guns, and warrants. they will throw the book at you if they feel like it. my heart goes out to you and yours...
i ended up spending the weekend in jail, but what did i do when i got out?
i fucking replanted and put in a third light...lol.... life goes on!
best of luck to you in your future,
j.d.

I think that feeling is dependent on how many total felonies you have now racked up and if you still have bad memories of doing years in prisons.

Judgment Liens on Property in California

In California, a property lien can be used to collect a court judgment. Here's how it works.

In a civil court case, after a judge or jury hands down a verdict -- or after a court-approved settlement -- a judgment is entered by the court. As part of a typical judgment, the court orders the payment of money from one person to another. But the person who owes the money (the debtor) doesn't always pay up. A judgment lien is one way to ensure that the person who won the judgment (the creditor) gets what he or she is owed. A judgment lien gives the creditor the right to be paid a certain amount of money from proceeds from the sale of the debtor's property.

So, how do judgment liens work in California?

What kind of property is subject to a judgment lien under California law?

In California, a judgment lien can be attached to the debtor's real estate -- meaning a house, condo, land, or similar kind of property interest -- or to the debtor's personal property -- things like jewelry, art, antiques, and other valuables. (In some states, judgment liens can be attached to personal property only.)
How does a creditor go about getting a judgment lien in California?

To attach a lien to real estate, the creditor can take or mail the abstract of judgment to the county recorder's office in any California county where the debtor owns real estate now, or may own it in the future. For personal property, the creditor files a Notice of Judgment Lien with the California Secretary of State, or serves the debtor with a notice of a debtor's examination.

How long does a judgment lien last in California?

A judgment lien in California will remain attached to the debtor's property (even if the property changes hands) for ten years.

Keep in mind: In California, a creditor's ability to collect under a judgment lien will be affected by a number of factors -- including a fixed amount of value that won't be touchable if the property is the debtor's primary residence (called a homestead exemption), other liens that may be in place, and any foreclosure or bankruptcy proceedings. If things get complicated, you may want to talk with an experienced California bankruptcy and debt attorney to help you sort out any lien issues.
Where can I look up California law on judgment liens?

If you want to go right to the source and look up California laws on judgment liens -- maybe you're a party to a judgment, or you're just researching potential encumbrances on property -- the relevant statute(s) can be found at Cal. Civ. Proc. Code sections 697.310, 697.340. For tips on looking up California state laws, check out Nolo's Laws and Legal Research section.

Sorry to hear about this Krunch. Hell you are a good growier just focus on the grow and take care of this little shit and you will be fine. Don't let it stall you and move on.

I have to agree that the economy is screwed as well. Think about it we are at 15 plus trillion in debt and adding another trillion plus a year. What happens when people stop buying debt because they get no intrest for the use of their money. Intrest rates go up is what. And one percent of 15 trillion that is 150 billion. And what kind of fit happened when they tried to cut less than 100 billion from the budget.

So to balance the budget you need to cut a trillion in spending and add intrest paymensts. What happens when the intrest goes to 5% and we have to pay 750 billion and cut 1 trillion as well. That is what the intrest was just a couple years back.

Anybody who can't see these simple numbers and what it will do is blind, ignorant, or just real real stupid.
