my harvest is in 2 weeks but i would like to sample a bud now, would someone please tell me how to dry it with out loosing to much thc. id really like to smoke a bowl tonight. thanks

tazzy,if your lights are still on you could put a bud on the reflector,if not in microwave on defrost at 15 second intervals till dry,
youll lose taste but if your desperate its ok.

I dont recomend the microwave done that befor and was very unhappy thoe it did work.

I find the best way is simply leave the bud out in the open air over night or maby if you take it early in the morning it will be ready tonight if not I place fresh buds on a cookie sheet in the oven on 200 or lower and leave the oven door open usually takes 15 mins or so.

well im sure you figured it out by now but obviously the more heat and faster you want to dry the worse the taste and lose of thc will be. so anyway that out the way, if you want to sample a bud you know you can probly just smoke it straight off the plant if you just keep the lighter on it. anywho i dont really think there is a best way to quick dry buds because an early sample is an early sample no matter what you do, so if i sample a small amount usually smoke it wet and if i sample a whole bud ill dry it between 90 and 150 degree box for half a day or really as long as i can stand (usually when the joints stay light).
thought id add trichs really break down at 275 or something so i would stay below 200 no matter what i did.
oh and you can use a hair drier having it blow into a empty toilet paper tube with screen or cloth over the ends. i have seen/heard of some people doin that as another option, probly gets way hot though
